Stir cocktail ingredients except Prosecco over ice in a mixing glass. 2. Serve up in a champagne flute or over ice in a collins glass. 3. Top with Prosecco. 4. Garnish with rosemary sprig. Remarks: This is a cocktail in search of a party. It is festively delicious. Use a large flute as you’ll want at least 3 ounces of Prosecco. We also liked the over ice in collins glass option as it let's us savor the drink a little longer. . . .

    PH factor: 9.0 Recipe Ingredients: Cocktail o chipotle powder o sea salt o 1 ½ ounces Pedro Domecq Fundador brandy o ¾ ounce Crème de Mûre liqueur o 1 dash Hella Smoky Chipotle bitters or to taste o 1 dash Hella Ginger bitters or to taste o ½ ounce fresh lime juice o splash Fever-Tree Premium Ginger Beer Garnish o crystalized ginger and blackberries Method: 1. Moisten the rim of an Old Fashioned glass. Invert it into a shallow dish containing a mixture of salt and chipotle powder to coat the rim of the glass. 2. Shake remaining cocktail ingredients except soda over ice. 3. Pour into the prepared glass. 4. Top with ginger beer. 5. Garnish with ginger and berries. Remarks: Dali and Dante met in a bar.     PH factor: 9.5 Recipe Ingredients: Cocktail o 3 ounces Hennessey VS cognac o ½ ounce agave nectar o 1 ounce Fever-Tree Premium Club Soda Garnish o ½ orange wheel o Tillen Farms Merry Maraschino cherry Method: 1. Stir cracked ice and cocktail ingredients except the soda in an Old Fashioned glass. 2. Top with soda. 3. Garnish with ½ orange wheel and cherries. Remarks: Cobbler: A spirit, a sweetener, and fruit served over cracked ice and drunk through a straw. It’s the cracked ice that makes it a cobbler. It’s everything else that makes it taste so good. . . .

    PH factor: 9.5 Recipe Ingredients: Cocktail o 1 ounce Ilegal mezcal o 3 dashes Johnnie Walker Blue Label scotch o 1 ounce Blandy's 5 Year Malmsey Madeira o ¾ ounce fresh lemon juice o ¾ ounce Tillen Farms Bada Bing Cherry juice o 1 dash Woodford Reserve cherry bitters or to taste o 1 egg white Garnish o grated nutmeg o Tillen Farms Bada Bing cherry Method: 1. Shake cocktail ingredients without ice. 2. Add ice and shake again to chill. 3. Fine strain into a cocktail or an Old Fashioned glass. 4. Garnish with a cherry and grated nutmeg. Remarks: It's not as sweet as you might imagine. It's well balanced and has a pleasant fruity flavor. It's also a good reason to save the bottle of cherry juice when you finish the cherries. . . .
