Foamy Mezcal Madeira Cocktail

Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ounce Ilegal mezcal

o 3 dashes Johnnie Walker

Blue Label scotch

o 1 ounce Blandy's 5-Year-Old Malmsey Madeira

o ¾ ounce fresh lemon juice

o ¾ ounce Tillen Farms Bada

Bing Cherry juice

o 1 dash Woodford Reserve

cherry bitters or to taste

o 1 egg white

Garnish

o grated nutmeg

o Tillen Farms Bada Bing

Method:

1. Shake cocktail ingredients

without ice.

2. Add ice and shake again

to chill.

3. Fine strain into a cocktail

or an Old Fashioned glass.

4. Garnish with a cherry and

grated nutmeg.

Remarks:

It's not as sweet as you might

imagine. It's well balanced and

has a pleasant fruity flavor. It's

also a good reason to save the

bottle of cherry juice when you

finish the cherries.
