Dali’s Purgatorio Cocktail

Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o chipotle powder

o sea salt

o 1 ½ ounces Pedro Domecq

Fundador brandy

o ¾ ounce Crème de Mûre liqueur

o 1 dash Hella Smoky

Chipotle bitters or to taste

o 1 dash Hella Ginger bitters

or to taste

o ½ ounce fresh lime juice

o splash Fever-Tree Premium

Ginger Beer

Garnish

o crystalized ginger and

blackberries

Method:

1. Moisten the rim of an Old

Fashioned glass. Invert it into a

shallow dish containing a

mixture of salt and chipotle

powder to coat the rim of the

glass.

2. Shake remaining cocktail

ingredients except soda over ice.

3. Pour into the prepared glass.

4. Top with ginger beer.

5. Garnish with ginger and

berries.

Remarks:
