The Queen of the Night Cocktail

Recipe

Ingredients:     

Cocktail

o 1 ounce Remy Martin VSOP cognac

o 1 ½ ounces Sandeman

Tawny Porto 20 Year Old

o 1 ½ ounces Blandy's 5-Year-Old Malmsey Madeira

o 2 drops rose water

o ¼ ounce Rose Petal Syrup

(see: Syrups etc.)

Method:

1. Stir cocktail ingredients

over ice in a mixing glass.

2. Serve up in a cocktail

glass.

Remarks:

We would describe this as an

exotic cocktail. Exotic is not a

word we often use regarding

cocktails but we feel it totally

appropriate here.
