Liquor means...

… beverages containing over 1% alcohol by volume.

… any alcoholic beverage containing alcohol in excess of 4 percent.

… an alcoholic beverage except beer or wine.

… any spirits, wine, beer, or other.

As confusing as they seem the above are all legal definitions of “liquor” and there are many, many more. We have included a list of 12 relatively common spirits from bourbon to vodka though legally speaking there are hundreds of others. In our opinion the liquors we’ve chosen are what make this experience “spiritual”. The liqueurs we’ve chosen make the experience “tasteful”. Other ingredients make it bitter, sweet, tart, creamy, and bubbly. Garnishes make it good looking. When put together in the right proportions these elements make cocktails. Hundreds of delicious cocktails. Enjoy.
