Muddle pineapple in a cocktail shaker. 2. Add ice and remaining cocktail ingredients and shake to chill. 3. Fine strain into a cocktail glass. 4. Garnish with orange peel. Remarks: This is all about getting along together. The Hennessey and the 151 are surprisingly very friendly. Even the bitters and pineapple combine to bring a little something special to the relationship. . . .

PH factor: 8.5 Recipe Ingredients: Cocktail o 1 ½ ounces Goslings Black Seal 151 proof rum o ½ ounce Schladerer Edel-Kirsch liqueur o ½ ounce Campari o ¼ ounce Pierre Farrand Dry Curaçao o ¼ teaspoon lime zest grated Method: 1. Stir cocktail ingredients over ice in a mixing glass. 2. Strain into an ice-filled Old Fashioned glass. Remarks: It's definitely the right color, and the first sip is a little scary with the 151 and Campari. But there are no movie references beyond that. The dilution caused by the melting ice makes sipping this a very pleasant experience. . . .

Remarks: We rate cocktails on how well they achieve the purpose for which they were created. This cocktail achieves its purpose beautifully. . . .

Shake cocktail ingredients over ice. 2. Serve up in a martini glass. 3. Garnish with ice cream and serve with a spoon. Remarks: This is called “The” Affogato Coffee Cocktail for a reason. You may find other Affogato coffee recipes but trust us this is “The” only one you need. . . .
