Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ½ ounces Goslings Black

Seal rum (151 proof)

o 1 teaspoon white sugar or to taste

o 4 ounces hot coffee or

espresso

Garnish

o whipped cream

o chocolate shavings

Method:

1. Combine sugar and rum in

a cup and stir to dissolve the

sugar.

2. Add coffee.

3. Top with whipped cream.

4. Garnish with chocolate

shavings.
