Redrum Cocktail

Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ½ ounces Goslings Black

Seal rum (151 proof)

o ½ ounce Schladerer

Edel-Kirsch liqueur

o ½ ounce Campari

o ¼ ounce Pierre Farrand Dry Curaçao

o ¼ teaspoon lime zest grated

Method:

1. Stir cocktail ingredients

over ice in a mixing glass.

2. Double strain into an ice

filled Old-Fashioned glass.

Comments:

It's definitely the right color,

and the first sip is a little scary

what with the 151 and the

Campari. But there are no

movie references to be drawn

beyond that. The dilution

caused by the melting ice

actually turns sipping this

cocktail into a very pleasant

experience.
