The Sidekick Cocktail

Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o pineapple wedge

o 1 ½ ounces Hennessey VS cognac

o ½ ounce Goslings Black Seal rum (151 proof)

o 1 dash Angostura bitters

o ½ ounce agave nectar

Garnish

o orange peel

Method:

1. Muddle pineapple in a

cocktail shaker.

2. Add ice and remaining

cocktail ingredients and shake

to chill.

3. Fine strain into a cocktail

glass.

4. Garnish with orange peel.

Remarks:

This is all about getting along

together. The Hennessey and

the 151 are surprisingly very

friendly. Even the bitters and

pineapple combine to bring a

little something special to the

relationship.
