Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ounce Goslings Black

Seal rum (151 proof)

o 1 ounce Kahlúa

o 4 ounces cold strong coffee

o 1 ounce cream

o ½ teaspoon sugar

o vanilla ice cream

Method:

1. Blend cocktail ingredients

with ice until smooth.

2. Serve up in a hurricane

glass.

Comments:

“The Big Chill”, another movie

reference. It is a good movie

with a great performance by

Meg Tilly and with an excellent

soundtrack. It's also not a bad

coffee.
