Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ounce Lazzaroni amaretto

o 8 ounces cold strong coffee

o 4 ounces milk

Garnish

o vanilla flavored whipped

cream*

Method:

1. Shake over ice.

2. Serve up in a hurricane glass.

3. Top with whipped cream.

Remarks:

This is sweet, cool, tasty, and

easy to make even if you are

whipping the cream by hand.

*lightly whip cream with

confectioners' sugar and

a dash of vanilla extract.
