Hokkaido Cocktail
PH factor: 8.0 Recipe Ingredients: Cocktail o 1 ½ ounces Bombay gin o 1 ounce sake o ½ ounce Triple Sec o 1 ounce fresh orange juice Garnish o orange slice Method: 1. Shake over ice. 2. Strain into a cocktail glass or into a double Old Fashioned glass over ice. 3. Garnish with orange slice. Remarks: Often you’ll find this made with gin, sake, and Triple Sec. You’ll also find it with orange juice in place of Triple Sec. But here you can have it all. Enjoy.
