Two women enter and sit at the far end of the bar. As the bar has just recently opened it’s clear they are there to enjoy their own company. Bartender, “What will you ladies have?” Woman #1 stops talking to Woman #2 and looks around. Seeing the cocktail in front of the man now glowing pink in the afternoon sun, she says, “I’ll have what he’s having.” . . .

Of course, it has an egg yolk and a coffee liqueur, so with a side of toast it might also be a great “breakfast “drink. . . .

Make cocoa according to package directions. 2, Add remaining cocktail ingredients except Chambord and bring to a simmer stirring. 3. Divide the Chambord into two large glass mugs and add the cocoa mixture to each. 4. Top with whipped cream. Remarks: This looks like a wintertime caffeinated cocktail. But it would also be good anytime you want a tasty, dessert-like cocktail. . . .

Moisten the rim of a martini glass and invert it into a shallow dish of salt to coat the rim of the glass. 2. Cube and remove seeds from enough fresh watermelon to yield 2 cups. 3. Liquify fruit in a blender. 4. Fine strain into a cocktail shaker. 5. Add ice and remaining cocktail ingredients and shake to chill. 6. Serve up in the prepared glass. 7.
