Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ounce Galliano liqueur

o 1 double espresso

o sugar to taste

Garnish

o lemon wedge


Method:

1. Stir cocktail ingredients in

a cup until sugar is dissolved.

2. Lightly squeeze lemon

wedge over the drink and

discard.


Remarks:

Galliano lovers Unite! This is

your espresso. BTW, lightly

squeezing the lemon wedge is

more of an instruction than

suggestion.
