Spicy Paloma Cocktail

Recipe


Ingredients:

Cocktail     

o kosher salt

o 2 ounces 1800 Silver tequila

o ¾ ounce Thai Chili-infused

Aperol, see: Syrups etc.

o ½ ounce Simple Syrup, see: Syrups etc.

o 1 ounce grapefruit juice

o ½ ounce fresh lime juice

o 3 ounces Fever-Tree Premium

Club Soda

Garnish

o lime wheel


Method:

1. Moisten the rim of a collins

glass and invert it into a shallow

dish of kosher salt to coat the

rim of the glass.

2. Shake cocktail ingredients

except soda over ice.

3. Strain into the ice-filled

prepared glass.

4. Top with soda.

5. Garnish with lime wheel.


Remarks:

We enjoyed this drink very much.

We also tried it with straight

Aperol and found the infused

version to be much more

interesting.
