Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 tablespoon lemon juice

o 1 teaspoon sugar

o 1 slice cucumber (unpeeled)

o 2 ounces Pimm’s No.1 Cup

o ½ ounce Amontillado sherry

o 1 ounce Fever-Tree Premium Club Soda

Garnish

o mint sprig

o lime wedge


Method:

1. Muddle cucumber, sugar,

and lemon juice in a shaker.

2. Add ice and Pimm’s Cup

and shake to chill.

3. Strain into an ice-filled

cocktail glass and add soda.

4. Top with sherry.

5. Garnish with mint sprig

and lime wedge.


Remarks:

Another Pimm's Cup cocktail

that is tasty and refreshing. It

is also very good with food.
