Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 6 torn mint leaves

o 1 ½ ounces Boulard Calvados VSOP

o 2 ounces organic apple cider

o 4 ounces champagne

Garnish

o apple slice

Method:

1. Lightly muddle the mint in

a collins glass to release the

essential oils.

2. Add ice and remaining

cocktail ingredients except

champagne and stir to chill.

3. Top with champagne.

4. Garnish with an apple slice.

Remarks:

This is a fortunate blend of

flavors. The champagne plays a
