Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 6 fresh mint leaves

o 1 ½ ounces Boulard Calvados VSOP

o 2 ounces unfiltered

organic apple cider

o 4 ounces champagne

Garnish

o apple slice

Method:

1. Lightly muddle mint

leaves in a collins glass to

release the essential oils.

2. Add ice and remaining

cocktail ingredients except

champagne and stir to chill.

3. Top with champagne.

4. Garnish with an apple

slice.
