Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 3 ounces J. Wray Silver

Jamaican rum

o ½ ounce Boulard Calvados VSOP

o ½ ounce Agave Simple Syrup

(see: Syrups etc.)

o ½ ounce fresh lemon juice

Garnish

o apple peel

o ground cinnamon


Method:

1. Shake cocktail ingredients

over ice.

2. Serve up in a chilled martini

glass.

3. Garnish with apple peel and

a touch of cinnamon.


Remarks:

A great way to extend your

daiquiri season well into the fall.
