All Jacked Up Cocktail

Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ounce Ilegal mezcal

o ¾ ounce Boulard Calvados

VSOP

o ¼ ounce Fernet~Branca

o 1 ounce Lillet Rouge

o ¼ ounce Luxardo maraschino

Garnish

o apple fan

Method:

1. Stir cocktail ingredients over

ice in a mixing glass.

2. Strain into an ice-filled Old

Fashioned glass.

3. Garnish with an apple fan.

Remarks:

This a very different tasting

cocktail. It is impressive to be

able to say that as we have

tested quite a few. Mezcal is

what you will notice first but

the bitter taste of the Fernet~

Branca is right behind it.
