Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ounce Flor de Caña

Extra Seco rum

o 1 ounce Amaretto

Lazzaroni

o ½ ounce Curaçao (blue)

o ½ ounce pineapple juice

o 3 ounces Fever-Tree

Premium Club Soda

Garnish

o lime peel

Method:

1. Shake cocktail ingredients

except soda over ice.

2. Serve over ice in a collins

glass.

3. Top with soda.

4. Garnish with lime peel.

Comments:

No particular ocean's breeze.

The pineapple says Pacific,

but the Amaretto says, “Not.”

A calming cocktail rather like

an afternoon breeze on some

ocean beach somewhere very

nice.
