Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ounce Flor de Caña Extra Seco rum

o 1 ounce Lazzaroni Amaretto

o ½ ounce blue Curaçao

o ½ ounce pineapple juice

o 3 ounces Fever-Tree Premium Club Soda

Garnish

o lime peel

Method:

1. Shake cocktail ingredients

except soda over ice.

2. Serve over ice in a collins

glass.

3. Top with soda.

4. Garnish with lime peel.

Remarks:

No particular ocean's breeze.

The pineapple says Pacific, but

the amaretto says, “Not.” It's a

calming cocktail rather like a

warm afternoon breeze on an

ocean front beach somewhere

very nice.
