My Wilder Irish Rose

PH factor: 8.5

Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 2 ounces Quiet Man Irish

whiskey

o ½ ounce Boulard Calvados

VSOP

o ½ ounce fresh lemon juice

o ½ ounce grenadine

o 1 splash of Fever-Tree

Premium Club Soda (optional)

Garnish

o lemon peel

o Tillen Farms Merry

Maraschino cherry

Method:

1. Shake cocktail ingredients

except soda over ice.

2. Serve up in a cocktail glass.

3. Top with soda, if using.

4. Garnish with lemon peel

and a cherry.

Comments:

When we first tested this we

found it to be a pleasant drink.

Increasing the Irish whiskey,

as above made it even better.
