Recipe


Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 2 ounces Boulard Calvados VSOP

o ¾ ounce grenadine

o ¾ ounce fresh lemon juice

o 1 dash Peychaud’s bitters or

to taste

Garnish

o lemon twist


Method:

1. Shake over ice.

2. Serve up in a chilled martini

glass.

3. Garnish with lemon twist.


Remarks:

Colorful and tasty. Do try to

find grenadine that is actually

made from pomegranates and

that has no high-fructose corn

syrup. Remember, it’s not the

alcohol that is dangerous to

your health, it’s the grenadine.
