Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail     

o 1 ½ ounces 1800 Añejo

tequila

o 4 ounces fresh orange juice

o 1 ounce Galliano

Garnish

o ½ orange wheel

Method:

1. Add tequila to an ice-filled

collins glass.

2. Add orange juice leaving

room for the Galliano.

3. Top the drink by floating

Galliano over a bar spoon.

4. Garnish with ½ orange

wheel.

Remarks:

Tequila and orange juice, now

there’s a familiar combination.

While this isn't as pretty as a

sunrise, it is arguably tastier.
