Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ounce Ilegal Mezcal

o ¾ ounce Aperol

o ½ ounce Luxardo maraschino

o ¾ ounce fresh lime juice

Garnish

o grapefruit peel

Method:

1. Shake cocktail ingredients

over ice.

2. Serve up in a cocktail glass.

3. Express the grapefruit peel

over the cocktail and drop it in

for garnish.

Remarks:

Attributed to Phil Ward, this is

yet another of the mezcal-based

cocktails for which he is held in

such high regard.
