Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 2 ounces Hennessy VS cognac

o 1 ounce Boulard Calvados

VSOP

o ½ ounce Lillet Rouge

Garnish

o apple peel

Method:

1. Stir cocktail ingredients

over ice in a mixing glass.

2. Serve up in a martini glass.

3. Garnish with apple peel.

Comments:

As you might deduce from the

name, this is a very bracing

cocktail.
