PH factor: 8.5 Recipe Ingredients: Cocktail o 1 ounce Woodford Reserve bourbon o 4 ounces Lindemans Pêche lambic o 1 ounce Fever-Tree Premium Club Soda Garnish o peach slice Method: 1. Gently stir first two ingredients over ice in a large wine glass. 2. Top with soda. 3. Garnish with a peach slice. Remarks: Another example of the flavorful flexibility of lambic. . . .


Mo’orea Surprise Cocktail
PH factor: 8.5 Recipe Ingredients: Cocktail o ¼ ounce fresh lemon juice o ½ orange slice o ½ lemon slice o 1 ½ ounces Remy Martin VSOP cognac o ½ ounce Pierre Farrand Dry Curaçao o 1 ounce Lindemans Framboise Lambic o 1 ounce Lindemans Pêche Lambic Method: 1. Lightly muddle fruit in a mixing glass. 2. Add remaining and gently stir to combine. 3. Pour all into a wine glass. 4. Add an ice cube or two. Remarks: As exotic as the destination it was named


One Peachy Julep
PH factor: 9.0 Recipe Ingredients: Cocktail o 7 mint leaves o 1 ounce Tullamore DEW Irish whiskey o 4 ounces Lindemans Pêche Lambic o 1 ounce fresh lemon juice o 1 ounce Simple Syrup (see: Syrups etc.) Garnish o mint sprig Method: 1. Lightly muddle mint in a cocktail shaker. 2. Add ice and the remaining cocktail ingredients except the lambic and shake to chill. 3. Pour all into an ice-filled Belgian beer glass. 4. PH factor: 9.0 Recipe (Serves a Crowd) Ingredients: Cocktail o 1 ½ cup peach slices fresh or canned o 1 ½ cup apple slices o 3 ounces Pedro Domecq Fundador brandy o 3 ounces Boulard Calvados VSOP o 1 750 Ml. bottle Lindemans Pêche Lambic o 1 350 Ml. bottle of champagne Method: 1.
