Shake cocktail ingredients over ice. 2. Strain into an ice-filled Old Fashioned glass. 3. Garnish with a lemon peel. Remarks: The tartness of the lemon and the sweetness of the syrup are the first things you notice. If it were our rebellion, we would reduce each a tad. But it's not our rebellion. It's yours. Whip cream until it starts to thicken. 2. Add remaining except tahini and whip until stiff. 3. Fold in tahini. 4. Relax. Your day just got so much better. . . .

Remarks: You won’t find the Long Island Iced Tea here because frankly we’re not fans of combining booze and Coke. PH factor: 9.5 Recipe Ingredients: Cocktail o 1 teaspoon Demerara sugar o 3 drops Cardamom Bitters or to taste, see: Syrups etc. o 2 ounces Remy Martin VSOP cognac o 1 splash of Fever-Tree Premium Club Soda Garnish o orange peel Method: 1. Muddle sugar and bitters in an Old Fashioned glass. 2. Add cognac and stir to dissolve the sugar. 3. Add soda and ice (preferably one large cube). 4. Express an orange peel over the glass and drop it in, skin side up for garnish. Remarks: This cocktail is unique tasting even though it cleaves closely to the 1806 formula for mixing a cocktail. We strongly suggest you try it. . . .
