Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ounce Grey Goose vodka

o ½ ounce St. Germain liqueur

o 1 splash of pineapple juice

o ½ ounce Honey Syrup see: Syrups etc.

o champagne

Garnish

o 3 sparrow tears if available


Method:

1. Shake cocktail ingredients

except champagne over ice.

2. Strain into a chilled flute.

3. Top with champagne.

4. Garnish with sparrow

tears to taste.


Remarks:

Sweet, like tears of joy for the

unexpected reoccurrence of

something you thought was

lost forever.
