Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ½ ounces Mount Gay Eclipse rum

o 1 ½ ounces Lillet Blanc

o 1 ½ ounces pineapple juice

Garnish

o orange twist

Method:

1. Shake over ice.

2. Serve up in a martini glass.

3. Garnish with an orange

twist.

Remarks:

Named after the 1919 hit song

Yaaka Hula Hickey Dula

(Hawaiian Love Song). Though

this phrase was obviously made

up it actually does make you

think of Hawaii. As you drink

this cocktail you will also think

of beaches and palm trees, no

matter where you happen to be

drinking it.
