Vanilla Egg Cream

Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o ½ ounce Mount Gay XO rum

o 1 ounce Licor 43, Cuarenta y Tres

o ½ ounce cream

o 2 ounces Demerara Syrup, see: Syrups etc.

o 1 egg yolk

o Fever-Tree Premium Club

Soda

Method:

1. Shake cocktail ingredients

except soda without ice.

2. Add ice and shake to chill.

3. Fine strain into a hurricane

glass.

4. Carefully add soda to fill

the glass.

Remarks:

This is a rich, tasty, attractive,

cocktail that should definitely

be served with a straw.
