Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ounce Hennessey VS cognac

o 1 ounce Schladerer Edel-Kirsch liqueur

o 1 ounce Lillet Blanc

Method:

1. Shake over ice.

2. Serve up in a cocktail glass.

Remarks:

This is mentioned in 1927’s

“Barflies and Cocktails” by

Harry and Wynn. We did

substitute Schladerer Edel-

Kirsch for the original Cherry

Heering. It’s what we do.
