The Newark Cocktail

Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 2 ounces Boulard Calvados VSOP

o 1 ounce Lillet Rouge

o ¼ ounce Fernet~Branca

o ¼ ounce Luxardo maraschino

Method:

1. Stir cocktail ingredients over

ice in a mixing glass.

2. Serve up in a cocktail glass.

Remarks:

Our version of the Newark

Cocktail given the ingredients

we work with. It is similar to

the Brooklyn Cocktail which is

not surprising as both of them

are Manhattan adjacent.
