Tequila Sunrise

Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail     

o 2 ounces 1800 Añejo tequila

o 4 ounces orange juice

o ¾ ounce grenadine

Garnish

o orange wheel

o Tillen Farms Merry

Maraschino cherry

Method:

1. Stir tequila and orange

juice over ice in a highball

glass.

2. Float grenadine on the

drink.

3. Garnish with a cherry and

an orange wheel and let settle.

Remarks:

The above version of the Sunrise

has largely replaced the original

cocktail which was created at

the Biltmore Hotel in Phoenix

Az. in the1930s and was made

with Crème de Cassis and soda.
