Sweet Judy Blue Eyed Martini

Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ½ ounces Finlandia vodka

o 1 ounce Bombay Sapphire gin

o ½ ounce Lillet Blanc

o ½ ounce blue Curaçao

Garnish

o lemon peel

Method:

1. Stir cocktail ingredients over

ice in a mixing glass.

2. Serve up in a martini glass.

3. Express lemon peel over the

drink and drop it in for garnish.

Remarks:

This has the ingredients of the

Vesper cocktail but in different

quantities. It doesn’t demand

your attention in the same way

a Vesper would, but you can

get lost in the blueness of it all.
