Saint Stephen’s Sour

Recipe

Ingredients:     

Cocktail

o 1 ounce Armenian Soul

10-Year-Old cognac

o 1 ounce Mount Gay XO rum

o ¾ ounce fresh lemon juice

o ¾ ounce orgeat syrup

Garnish

o lemon twist

Method:

1. Shake cocktail ingredients

over ice.

2. Strain into a collins glass

filled with crushed ice.

3. Garnish with lemon twist.

Remarks:

This cocktail has a different

character with crushed ice. It

can, of course, be served “on

the rocks” but that’s not really

the same now, is it?
