Rum-Spiked Coconut Coffee

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ½ ounces Mount Gay XO rum

o 4 ounces cold coffee or espresso

o 2 ounces coconut milk

Garnish

o whipped cream

o shredded coconut

o grated chocolate


Method:

1. Lightly toast shredded

coconut.

2. Shake cocktail ingredients

over ice.

3. Serve up in glass mug or

large cocktail glass.

4. Top with whipped cream.

5. Garnish with toasted

coconut and grated chocolate.


Remarks:

Yes, it's unusual and effort is

required. However, there are

warm summer afternoons and

evenings calling out for this
