Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ¾ ounces Hennessy VS cognac

o ½ ounce Honey Syrup, see: Syrups etc.

o ½ ounce Lavender Syrup, see: Syrups etc.

o ¾ ounce fresh lemon juice

Garnish

o lavender sprig

Method:

1. Stir cocktail ingredients over

ice in a mixing glass.

2. Strain into an ice-filled Old

Fashioned glass.

3. Garnish with a lavender

sprig.

Remarks:

Honey and lavender are made

for each other. They also make

this cocktail a little sweet. If that

is okay with you, excellent. If it

is not and you want to solve the

problem. We suggest you try the

7% solution. Add about 7% more

cognac.
