Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ¼ ounces Remy Martin

VSOP cognac

o ¾ ounce Licor 43

(Cuarenta Y Tres)

o 2 teaspoons Lillet Rouge

o 2 ounces fresh orange juice

Garnish

o lemon twist

Method:

1. Stir cocktail ingredients

over ice in a mixing glass.

2. Serve up in a chilled

cocktail glass.

3. Garnish with lemon twist.

Remarks:

This is a good combination of

ingredients though we feel the

proportions may need a bit of

tweaking. Perhaps less orange

juice or perhaps less Cuarenta

Y Tres would do it. More cognac

may also be the answer. That

gets our vote.
