Heart of The Dragon Cocktail

Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 3 lime wedges

o 1 teaspoon grated ginger

o 3 dashes Angostura bitters

o 1 ½ ounces Mount Gay XO rum

o ¾ ounce Ilegal mezcal

o ¾ ounce St. Germain liqueur

o 1 ½ ounces blood orange juice

Garnish

o blood orange peel

o 2 dashes of Angostura

bitters

Method:

1. Muddle lime, ginger and

bitters in a cocktail shaker.

2. Add ice and remaining

cocktail ingredients and shake.

3. Fine strain into a martini

glass.

4. Garnish with the orange

peel and top with the bitters.

Remarks:

Slaying this dragon is worth

the effort. However, when you

squeeze the life out of a blood

orange, make sure you clean

up the crime scene.
