Dirty S.O.B (Tequini)

Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail     

o 2 ½ ounces 1800 Silver tequila

o ½ ounce Lillet Blanc

o 1 splash olive brine

o 1 dash Angostura bitters

Garnish

o 3 olives

Method:

1. Stir cocktail ingredients over

ice in a mixing glass.

2. Strain into a martini glass.

3. Garnish with olives.

Remarks:

The key to making any dirty

martini is first use “top-shelf”

liquors and liqueurs. Then add

olive brine to lightly flavor it.

Many bartenders tend to add

too much brine which makes it

more filthy than dirty. In life and

martinis there is a big difference.
