Curaçao Sidecar Cocktail

Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 2 ounces Remy Martin

VSOP cognac

o 1 ounce Dry Curaçao

o 1 ounce fresh lemon juice

Garnish

o lemon twist

Method:

1. Moisten the rim of a

cocktail glass with lemon juice

and invert it into a shallow

dish of sugar to coat the rim.

2. Shake cocktail ingredients

over ice.

3. Serve up in the prepared

glass.

4. Express lemon peel over

the cocktail and drop in for

garnish.

Comments:

The Sidecar is a classic

cocktail with quite a few

iterations. Many of them are

This version stands up well in
