Recipe
Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 1 ounce Finlandia vodka
o 1 ounce Chambord
o ¾ ounce Tia Maria
liqueur
o 2 ounces cold espresso
o 1 ounce skimmed milk
Garnish
o whipped cream
o chocolate shavings
Method:
1. Shake cocktail ingredients
over ice.
2. Serve up in a glass mug.
3. Top with whipped cream
and chocolate if using.
Comments:
This tastes like raspberry from
the first sip to the last. That said,
the espresso nicely balances the
Chambord. The vodka makes it
a serious cup of coffee even with
the whipped cream.
