Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ½ ounces Hennessy VS

cognac

o 8 ounces hot Italian roast

coffee

Garnish

o lemon peel

Method:

1. Combine cocktail ingredients

in a heated cup.

2. Garnish with lemon peel.

Remarks:

This is the “Boilermaker” of

caffeinated cocktails. Like the

Boilermaker it is both easy and

potent.
