Tullamore Irish Coffee

Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 2 ounces Tullamore DEW

Irish whiskey

o 6 ounces strong hot coffee

o 1 ounce Demerara Syrup

(see: Syrups etc.)

Garnish

o whipped cream flavored

with a dash of orange extract

o grated nutmeg

o grated orange zest

Method:

1. Combine cocktail ingredients

in a warmed mug.

2. Top with whipped cream.

3. Garnish with orange zest

and grated nutmeg.

Comments:

The orange flavor and aroma

make such a difference that it

is worth the effort to grate some

orange zest onto the whipped

cream. Trust us.
