The Original Irish Coffee

Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 4 ounces strong hot coffee

o 2 teaspoons brown sugar

o 1 ½ ounces Quiet Man Irish

whiskey

Garnish

o heavy cream, lightly whipped

Method:

1. Combine sugar and coffee in

a warm mug or glass and stir to

dissolve the sugar.

2. Add whiskey and stir to

combine.

3. Float cream onto coffee.

Remarks:

If you prefer your whiskey to be

Irish, this will probably be your

coffee choice. However, if you

prefer your whisky to be scotch,
