Recipe


Ingredients:     

Cocktail

o 2 ounces Bombay gin

o 3 ounces fresh grapefruit juice

o ½ ounce Lavender Syrup

(see: Syrups etc.)

o 1 ounce Fever-Tree

Premium Club Soda

Garnish

o lavender sprigs


Method:

1. Shake cocktail ingredients

except soda over ice.

2. Serve over ice in a collins

glass.

3. Top with soda.

4. Garnish with lavender

sprigs.


Remarks:

This proves that not all grape-

fruit drinks are alike. They may

all be suitable for the poolside

but the lavender makes this the

adult in a room full of poolside

drinks.
