The Fireside Chat Iced Coffee

Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ounce Remy Martin VSOP

cognac

o ½ ounce Grand Marnier

o 2 ounces Sandeman Tawny

Porto 20 Year Old

o 4 ounces cold strong coffee

Garnish

o grated nutmeg

Method:

1. Shake cocktail ingredients

over ice.

2. Serve up in a large chilled

cocktail glass.

3. Garnish with a sprinkle of

grated nutmeg.

Remarks:

This is a good but not inspiring

caffeinated cocktail. Given the

heroic activity for which it was

named, that's a disappointment.
