Tea and Whiskey Punch

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ½ ounces Tullamore DEW Irish whiskey

o ½ ounce Brown Sugar Syrup (see: Syrups etc.)

o 1 thick lemon slice

o 8 whole cloves

o 1 cup hot strong black tea


Method:

1. Bring water to a boil in a

saucepan.

2. Remove from heat, add tea,

and let steep.

3. Add whiskey and syrup to a

glass mug and stir to combine.

4. Stud the lemon slice with the

cloves.

5. Halve the lemon slice and

add it to the mug.

6. When steeped, pour the tea

into the mug.


Remarks:

This is a tea for coffee drinkers

and tea drinkers alike. Though

it is perfect for a rainy day, you

don’t need bad weather to enjoy

this drink.
