Tangled Up in Blue Cocktail

Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ounce Heaven’s Door Cask Strength Straight Bourbon

o ¼ ounce blue Curaçao

o ½ ounce Galliano

o ½ ounce fresh lemon juice

o Fever-Tree Premium Ginger Beer

Method:

1. Shake cocktail ingredients

except Curaçao and soda over

ice.

2. Strain into an ice-filled

collins glass.

3. Top with ginger beer

leaving room for the floater.

4. Float Curaçao on top of

the drink.

Remarks:

A significant change from the

original rum based recipe. We

thought Heaven’s Door would

be appropriate in more ways

than one. We were right.
