Recipe

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ½ ounces Bénédictine D.O.M.

o 6 ounces scalded, frothed or otherwise warmed milk

Garnish

o cinnamon stick

o honey

Method:

1. Stir Bénédictine and milk

in a warmed glass or mug.

2. Garnish with a cinnamon

stick one end of which has been

dipped in honey.
